Booking, Cancellation & Changes
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the event. Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled start. If cancellation occurs later than 48 hours before the event, the deposit will not be refunded. One date change is permitted per booking if requested at least 48 hours before the original event time.
Deposit & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the start of the event. Bookings are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Use of the Space
The venue is available only during the agreed booking period. Any overstay beyond the booked time will incur additional charges at the applicable hourly rate. Access to the space is granted only for the booked time slot and purpose.
Cleanliness & Damages
Guests are expected to leave the space in a clean and orderly condition. In case of excessive mess, damage, or misuse, a cleaning or repair fee will be charged.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Any violation will result in a €500 fine, and the responsible guest will be liable for any related cleaning or damage.
Pets
Pets are welcome, but guests must inform us in advance when bringing animals.The guest remains responsible for the pet’s behavior and any resulting damage.
Check-Out & Departure
Please vacate the venue on time, as indicated in your booking confirmation. Ensure that you collect all personal belongings and properly close/lock the premises upon departure. Late departure may incur additional charges.
Liability Disclaimer
Memory Makers is not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal property during their use of the venue. Guests use the space at their own risk and are fully responsible for their actions and those of their guests.
Use of Equipment / Appliances
All facilities and equipment (e.g., sauna, billiards, kitchen, TV) must be used responsibly and according to instructions. Guests must ensure that children are supervised at all times.
Photography / Social Media
Guests are welcome to take photos or videos for personal use. For commercial shoots or influencer content, prior written permission is required.
Age / Supervision Requirement
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and present at the event. Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times.
